Best mask ever!
I seriously cannot get enough of this mask. I had been searching for the ideal mask for Robin for months. None of the other mask designers out there had the shipping, style, and/or material I needed (I have a mild latex allergy). I even tried making my own. Defeated, I was about ready to give up and just use body paint when I stumbled upon this shop. And let me tell you, I couldn't be happier! This mask is super lightweight and easy to wear. Because of the amount of leather you have to work with, you can use spirit gum, double sided tape, or both (I'll review all 3 styles further in!). You can reuse it too, which is probably my favorite part. I've worn to 3 different conversions and I'll be wearing it again soon! It's durable and heat nor humidity ruin it. About the only thing you have to look out for it water but it's leather so you can just reshape it! I also love the texture and color -- it looks heckin awesome in photos! The seller is amazing to work with too. Gives you updates and is always happy to help. And if you don't see a mask you want or if you're worried it won't arrive on time, they'll work with you! 11 out of 10 recommend this mask~! And I've already ordered another mask (Nightwing!). Couldn't be happier. I receive so many complements too! --- The first time I wore it I used spirit gum and wore the mask for about 4 hours. Not once did I worry about the mask falling! I'd say the hardest part was getting it off as I used WAAAAAY too much spirit gum. Apparently a little bit goes a long way. I wore it again later to Colossalcon were it was humid, drizzly, and gross. As I had to change into another cosplay after my photo shoot, I opted for the combo method. I wanted it to stick but I didn't want to become Dick Grayson for the remainder of the con. I applied the tape around my temples and brows and then I used the spirit gum on my cheeks and nose. Worked like a charm and was easy to take off. At Colossalcon again, I decided I wanted to walk around as a casual Robin. As I didn't want to wait for the spirit gum to dry, I opted for just the double sided tape. Wore it for 2 hours before changing (again), but it stuck and I was smiling and laughing while wearing it.
